How do I book a day tour?

- Send a booking request to askaffi@askaffi.is or call: 699 6102
- Receive all information via email
- Pay a confirmation fee
Payments
How to pay for a day tour and with what notice?
- By paying the confirmation fee: 10,000 ISK per person, you secure your seat
- Confirmation fee is paid when booking the day tour
- Balance is due 2 business days before departure
- Social Security Number: 610102-3280
- Bank account: 0310-26-011599
- Send confirmation of payment to askaffi@askaffi.is
Cancellations

30+ days before departure: Refunded minus confirmation fee

2 – 29 dögum fyrir brottför: Endurgreiðsla er 50% fyrir utan staðfestingargjald

0-2 days: Not refundable except under special circumstances

If the trip is canceled: Áskaffi will refund in full.
Privacy
Áskaffi only collects the necessary information when booking:
- Name
- Phone
- Email:
- Number of passengers
- Special requests (food intolerances, etc.)
Information is only used for booking and service purposes and is not sold to third parties. Customers can request deletion of data at any time.
